Army Sponsorship Program
Are you about to make a PCS move? If so, then you should request a sponsor with your new duty station. Sponsors serve as your "representative" before you arrive, provide information to you, and show you around upon your arrival.
If you are coming to United States Army Yuma Proving Ground, you can

If not, you will have to apply for sponsorship using DA Form 5434. You will have a chance to complete this form at your reassignment briefing.
If you make a move and do not have a sponsor before the move, you can request a "reactionary" sponsor to provide assistance after reaching your new installation.
